itchy eyes and skin around eyes

I've been suffering from very itchy eyes. My eyes are bloodshot on waking and the skin surrounding, especially the area below the eye and the corners near the nose are extremely itchy but not very red. I've had a slight headachey feeling often on waking which might be attributed to an occasional drink. I've had problems with warts.. small ones on nose tiny white dots above right eye, verucca on right foot fleeting styes. The area at the side of my torso (love handles)are itchy and dry. The skin on my face is very dry also. I've a couple of times been irritated by strong sunlight recently and had to walk directly into it squinting. I've got very fair complexion, suffered from allergies most of my life. I sneeze every morning on leaving the shower so succeptible to temparature other recent history includes syphyllis, gonorrhea, many eye infections (right side always), non-healing skin (keloid scarring), rhinitis. Have recently started a relationship with someone who has raised bumps below the eyes. taken thuja 2 weeks ago but warts not disappeared yet but I do feel that the remedy might still be working as i've felt a little off balance generally.
