Chalazion Reoccurence,Pl Help

I had chalazion for last 10 months on my right eye(upper lid).i had tried all conventional methods like warm compresses etc.I had treated by a homeopath also but invain. But suddenly in Jan'09 ,it disappeared. Now i am again feeling some swelling on the same place. It seems that chalazion is reoccuring .

Shall i continue warm compresses?I have heard using Arnica 30 for this purpose.Kindly help
