history:1. i have been married for over two years now, and have been diagnosed with primary azoospermia. the size of both my testicles is very small, also.
2. i have a ver aggressive natur on the whole, get angry very easily and frequently suffer from headaches, both temples.
3. i am quite over weight. my height is 5 feet 10 inches and i am 123 kgs.
4.i feel off the house roof when i was 4 years old, remained in coma for 15 days. my right parietal lobe bone got dislocated, but, all the tests came out fine. after that accident, i used to have convulsions until i was 8 years old. that is when i started gaining weight because my doctor prohibited me engaging in exhausting games. otherwise, i am alright. now, i play regular tennis and squash. i am perfectly alright otherwise.
5. my semen analyis report says that everything is normal, the color of the semen adn the consistency, but zero sperm count.
6. i have no problem in ejaculation or erection at all.

and, one more thing is that i was a frequent masterbator before my marriage. i used to masterbate 5 or 6 times daily before i got married. could that be causing azoospermia?

prolactin, FSH, and LH values are much higher than normal.
gross semen report is as under:
volume : 2 ml.
color : creamy
consistency: highly viscous
liquefication time: not liquified till 60 minutes.
pH: 8 from centrifuged deposit
sperm morphology reveals acellular debris and rare inflammatory cells. no spermatozoa seen.
sperm count is completely nil.
