Hi again from us with my son at 7!

Dear Dr. Sameer, tnx for the answer & the care , but would U explain why should I stay away from that doctor and please advise me what medicine to use in my case. This doctor said that he gave to his son Hyosiamus since his birth & prescribed it to me cause it is cheap - for 3 $ only. Is he mocking at me?
Please advise me regarding my what remedy to use having in mind that I have problems with my son at 7 regarding his school. When he gets there he starts to behave like a clown, sometimes runs around his classmates desk, refuses to write the assignes atsks, speaks things regarding the female breasts and thus entertains himself but teases the teacher. Otherwise he is very clever in understanding & studying his lessons, paints well, very skilled at hands - can construct well, can swim well without a help & is very energetic and has a sense of humor.
Having in mind these data please guide me what remedies he should take to be calm & patient at school & behave well.
