confused with potency....a sincere advice will be highly appreciating
i want to know that if i m taking any med of potency 12x 4 tabs 3 times a day then how much should i take that med in 200x potencyfuriousmicron on 2009-02-09

i have red on some site that one should take silicea 12x , nat mur 12x and calc phos 12x 4 tabs three times a day with some other meds to increase height but i couldnt find 12x instead i got 200x so i just wanna know that how much should i take these med in 200x potency . so pllz help me out

habits-playing cricket , tennis , vedio gaming ,workout etc etc
sufferings-gynecomastia(puffy nipples) first there was lumps under nipples but now lumps are gone after treatment by a homeopath
,,also suffering from social phobia beacause easily gets anxious in any tensed situation like giving speech , going for an exam etc and also feels like i wl vomit or throw up in that situation often worse in early morning
reason i feel for gynecomastia is an ayurvedic capsule which i have taken to get fatter named health sun or suwasthwardhak
suffering from gynecomastia since i was 14 yrs old
food itmes - like spicy food
thirst - normal
hunger-mormal
bowel movement - sometime normal and sometime slightly lose
sleeps well normaly 6-8 hours
medicines i m taking to increase height are baryta carb 200 in morning ,silicea 200x in afternoon ,nat mur and calc phos 12x three times 4 tabs each and symphytum q 5 drops three times (may be these medicines are giving me sore throat )
appearance-smart muscular (go to gym daily)
my mother is suffering from some kind of arthiritis.
