3. Divya Shilajeet Rasayan Vati
1-1 Tab , Take from each, twice a day in the morning & evening with milk/water
The main medicine in the package is Sarivadi Vati. It is a proven remedy in ayurveda for ear disorders. It's constituents are sariva, Kut, Chaturjat, Triphala,lauh Bhasma, Nilofar and Giloy.
Other medicines included in the package are discussed by me in the earlier posts started by me. Swami Ramdev says that Ayurvedic treament of diseases is systemic. i.e. The ayurvedic medicines act on various physiological systems like Skeletal System, Nervous System etc, remove the imbalances of the systems and strengthen them. Thatswhy we see some medicines common in many packages.
Baba Ramdev has taken the Pranayam Techniques from the himalayan caves to the masses.

(Highly effective for ear disorders. Do methodically and gently. You may practise for 30 minutes in the evening also.)

he may not even have any need to take the medicines.
Pranayam should be done only on empty stomach.
So pranayam is like a deep acting anti-miasmatic remedy that we have in homeopathy. But as two patients will do pranayam with different levels of sincerity there will also be a differential in what they gain.
