complete case and history unsolved
Sir, I have started to follow the nux vomica in night as told by u. Please study my overall case in following points :I m thin+, 28years, male, working senior lecturer in Engineering college, Delhi.
1. In childhood I always surfed from cough and yellow phlegm in my chest and given syrups and antibiotics multiple times.
2. At age 18-23 I got alternating loose motion l and little constipation, with food differences
during loose motions I used matrogil + introuquenole and some high potential allopathic to stop near bleeding loose motions.
3. at 23 yrs I suffered from heavy cold as wind in winter strike on my ears face head and chest on the way to my college 14 km daily on bike ,also I bathed with chilled water in mornings for same winter .
at same winter I got unstoppable cough with phlegm of yellow color s that coming out my mouth from chest and back heavily barking whole nights, speaking phlegm with cough. I got increment in muscles like polyp thing in my nose and palate, in forehead muscles looked increased also some increment in anus muscular thing felt. I taken allopathic 500 mg antibiotic medicines by doctors ,which could not stop cough so given injections to stop chest infection and cough stopped coming out of phlegm at all, once operated nose or polyp and increased part o bone and polyp was removed at 26yrs,but breath still remained incomplete. Use of allopathic treatment caused permanent difficulty in breath and sleeping and inflamed constipation.
From that time till now I have taken different homeopathic treatments only .
Presently I have constriction in muscles of head from sides and palate has illusion o dryness and closeness for air, shrinking in chest back and head, inside nose shrinking and tension. Face shrinking with eyes.
i have stool infrequently, pain in right lower side in stomach due to storage of gas or stool, stool color is darker then yellow, stool cant slip out of anus due to closness or liquidity loss, tongue is coated yellow, legs muscles are shrinking and remains cold in night, sleeps very dificultly and not a deep sleep, skin itching from polyester,nylone type
cloths, also pins in back ,difficulty in breath, voice .pain in back, shoulders shrinking together,tasteless, no smell ,shrinking in head, sides o head pushable outside to stop shrinking,
face shrinking ,chest and back shortening with pins inside .
getting not sneezing.
Shrinking has worst effect on breath, and sleep.
Acidity, gas canÂ’t pass, headache.

Your mental symptoms, deliriums, personality, feelings, delusions etc.
1- what exactly do you feel mentally and physically which you have been mentioning as 'shrinking”:
shrinking means shortening, tigtnenig or tension in outer muscles at forehead, face as both eyes are unable to make focus because muscles have tightened differently, I like to push out the sides of head, physically ears, skull, skin and sides together moves side by side in process of getting rid of these muscles, I can only feel there is connection between sided of head and all muscles of face and upper jaws, this connecting muscle continuously getting smaller and smaller,
another meaning of shrinking here is internal connection of palate with internal of head, and deep root o nose, appearance of nude bone with sharp pining corners inside (head or palate or deep root of nose exactly connected and not clear to me), bone and muscle smell internally and problem in air passage at palate, nose, pin like originated from plate and pin feel in back.
Brain is inside a cap like skull, movements of eyes are sharply singled to brain, eyes moves but physical brain movement is painful (as due to dryness).
Mentally: I m little aggressive on small mistakes of others but anger cools down very easily, Normal attitude, smiling, singing, childish words in between, helping
I speaks more than average and uncontrolled (up to some extent) when the feel of shrinking Is at peak in my head, and temples,

Dislike cold ,winter ,I like hot days, no sneezing or corzya when winter comes,
I have taken 40+homeopathic medicines by dif docs before coming to this site,
Bryonia 30 increases the shrinking and it becomes difficult to sleep ,
Before this site I was using ignatia30,had initially some effect on muscles of head,but failed
At this site docs told me to remove the effect of earlier medication by using nux vomica 30 for seven evenings,its third evening now,
Nux vomica is unable to wet the stool(dense,difficult,hard),or to open the passage inside anus,I feel pain still in lower part stoach(right sided),
But some dryness in head is controlled, shrinking head, pinning in body is continued and will not be controlled by n. v.

thanks for your advice,
i have used china of.30 for three days,it given no improvment on muscles appearing in head,sides and nose itself,
some benifit on breath,voice and sleep is seen,
please remember that when something like( phelgm )starts to fall from my throat on my tongue than only this mascular appearnce and shrinking problem will get controlled,simly i have two diffrent problems of constipation and head couled with nose .

stop taking china off --and allow some days no neds---observe ur thinkings and feelings---YOUR NOT GOING TO UNSHRINK OVER NIGHT--insdie out --so rrelax for few days no meds and see whats what--

good amount of unshrinking is done in back,and other parts of body,(excludin head and nose)
itching in ears,palate is started,
itching outside anus with dryness,i m waiting some days according to your advice.

I have noticed following changes ater china 30:
was able to sleep easily
also stool coming with desire and with liquidity and no diiculty,right side pain was controlled in the stomach
i was getting unshrinked from chest,back and face,
but the shrinking inside head is not controlled,however some reliefe was observed initially,
also SPEED OF BRAIN WAS SLOWER THEN EARLIER AND I WAS EASIALLY FORGETTING THINGS poitively AND GETTING PLEASURE OF EASE INSIDE HEAD ,AS THE SHRINKING IS INCREASING NOW AGAIN AFTER STOPING MEDICINE ,THE SPEED OF MY THINKINGS INCREASING AGAIN AND I M NOT EVEN SLEEPING,

appearence of shrinking in whole body again
pin like in the musles of body....

note:its very sharp boundary between shrinking body and unshrinked body both of these i have fluctuated in these days,but head is still badly behaving.
please help me what to do now.

1.i love to listen music,to eat sweet things like fruits,to see beauty,beutiful girls,beautiul places,
2.i hate ....umm....cold wind striking on my body .
3.i hate to lose some competetion deeply.
4.i think i m always right.
5.i feel dipression,
6. i was very deeply dippressed beofre 4-5 years when my first girlfriend let me,i taken several tablets of
sleep like ' natravat N ',also my college friends given me more powerful medicines and alhohlic whisky for 6 months
i was highly dippressed and taken no mediine for that.
7.i tries to speak maximum truth ,
8. now shrinking is remained in head ,also in bak.
9.biggest problem was stool,which is coming with ease and liquidity only when i takes china30.
9.biggest problem now is remaining that when i make eye contact to someone my in head get jerked with a feel that every thing is revolving in ront of my eyes and i can fall down immidiately ,also i have to loose eye contat immidiately.
basially this is related to my shrinking head,
