problems

hi am a 32 year old guy and facing a lot of problems.
i am unable to wake up in the morning, some times i even sleep upto 3_4 in the afternoon, i never feel refreshed after sleep, and am quite dull throughout... am never satisfied with the sleep. this is since childhood
got a weak memory and concentration.fatigue,laziness lack of interest in work.
my sleep is full of dreams.
even my body is active in the dreams. this may be the reason for the problem.
am weak when it comes to communication.can speak rattionally. cant recall incidents while conversating with some body. apprehensive and confusing in nature. take others advice more then my own. quite dependent on others. cant dare. think a lot abouthaving sex the whole day keep on wondering about it and cant take my eyes off girls and women when ever i see them. and cant concentrate on any other thing. weak comprehension.mind is always busy thinking.. kindly help

no other remedy for next 2 months.
