uterus leiyomyosarcoma

I was recently diagnosed with this disease in my fibroid. There were other tests done TVS and CT Scan of abdomen and pelvic. Everything was clear except that it showed fatty liver in TVS and Bulky uterus with some internal mass hypodensity. Doctors are suggesting complete hysterectomy with ovaries taken out. I am 35 with one daughter. In 1997 I was diagnosed with Polycystian OVary Syndrom. My insulin level is also 214 since 1995. I also have black patches aroiund neck and underarms called acanthosis nigrican. ALthough i have never been treated for all this. I recently had a chest x-ray and my heart was of boot-shape. Just today i started homeopathic treatment. My medicines are calcarea carbonica 200, aurum muriaticum natrontum 30, lachesis 200, sepia 30.
I want to know if i am on the right track? Secondly, does all my problems lead to malfunctioning of pitutary gland and because of insulin will all other parts of my body start showing problems? Is there any medicine that can help my insulin?

I am also 5'4 and weigh 87kgs. I have always had a problem with weight.

Please guide.

NO NOT ON RIGHT TRAK---not homooepathy----mix-opathy is what ur doing---homoeopathy--single remedy--most homoeopathic to characteristic symptoms--single dose (repeated only in modifed subquential doseing) and only as symptoms ditate----smallest possible dose------RETAKE UR ASE AND narrow down 1 remedy----as far as ARS BRO--there not enough info to validate that--
