Grief and shame in 8-year old boy...

My son like to play with girls only (he thinks other boys and their games are 'stupid', and is fond of everything theatrical, including wearing dresses and costumes, but only when amongst trusted friends). However, this seems to be the age when most boys and girls are withdrawing to their own tribes, before re-emerging a fully fledged pubescents, but my son doesn't understand this, and is very upset that girls who used to play with him are now avoiding him, and even calling him names (I guess in desperate attempt to get rid of his following them about!).
He's very hurt and angry, doesn't want to go back to school, and would give anything for things to be as they 'used to' (even though his friendships always have proved to be a stormy ride in one way or another).
Then yesterday he started complaining of an 'itchy, uncomfortable' feeling in his willy especially around the end area. He also claims there was some blood around the opening, but I haven't seen it for myself - it took me hours of persuasion and bribe to get him to show me a glimpse of the affected part!
I feel this symptom directly follows girls' decision to play with him because he's a boy, which resulted in an inner sense of rejection/ loneliness.
He's normally pretty intense boy, with fits of anger when he doesn't get his own way/is contradicted, but basically very loving and generous in nature. He loves his 15-year old brother, who's a 'man's man', but no matter the difference, both boys are loved, respected and treated the same within the family and close friends environment.
Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks, Zahid. I only had Nat Mur 200, so I've given him two, one in the evening, and another one the next morning.
He then complained of stomach ache (cramps; mostly at night) for which I've given him Colocynthus 200, but it hasn't gone completely as yet.
Again, many thanks for your help.

Natrum Mur 1M only is the potency ,preferred by age old experts;

You shouldn't have repeated so early; Never do that again;
