Chronic Masterbation

i have a problem. I have a girlfriend which we have intercourse at least once a day and i really just dont have time in my life for any more than that. but i do have time to masterbate, which i can do up to 7-8 times a day and it doesnt take me very long at all. i dont have a problem getting off with her as from what ive read it can kill your sexual life with your partner but when we do have intercourse, it is for a long time. when i mastrbate i am very rough on myself and have tried using lubricant but nothing seems to help. there are places where i grab it that the skin is torn. it scabs up and looks very nasty. sometimes after i am done i will have blood all over my hand. my problem is i cant stop and every time i do it or even get excited it breaks the skin and has to start healing over again. i went for about a month with out masterbating or sex and it went away mostly. it was still in the process of healing when i started back up and now is back to where it was. Any body have a clue as to what i can do to stop the skin from tearing like this??????
