right testicle swollen

anyone can help me about my right testicle swollen and its really pain wen i walk or just slightly touched.can anyone advised me on how or what to do??

you have to examine whether pain is on testicle or the veins above them .
In case of veins above testicle, it is epididymitis,othervise orchitis
