Enlarged Adenoids - Trying to avoid surgery

Hi,

Can someone help lead me to the correct remedy for our daughter. She has been diagnosed with enlarged adenoids and we will be meeting with a second ENT at the end of April. She has had the mouth-breathing for a few years, most obvious in the winter, but this was the first time we went to an ENT. I figure I have a few weeks to try some type of remedy to assist in shrinking the adenoids. It is not the tonsils, although the tonsils were red and inflamed this week, but no infection. She has only had strep once. Her history of sinus, and recurring ear infections with mouth breathing points to the adenoids. Of course, the ENT wants to remove both the tonsils and adenoids though.

I have read the following remedies can be helpful, but which one, or other, would pertain to our daughter?
Bryta Carb, Hydrastis, Calc Phos, Cist Can, Tuberculinum, Agrpahis Nutans

Her characteristics

Tall and lean
Calm, very easy-going person
Doesn't like to be alone
Facial appearance is pale complexion with brownish circles under eyes
Dry skin and lips.
Strong sense of smell
Does not like loud noises or chaos
Sympathetic towards others and helpful
Trusting individual
Does not sweat
Prefers cold or room temperature drinks. Nothing hot. Normal thirst and appetite for 7yo
Generous person
Fairly confident, good student, high reading level
Fairly outgoing, used to be more shy than she is today.

Antibiotic use - 2 years ago, recurring ear infections (w/sinus) every 5 weeks from October - March
1 year ago, antibiotic use 3x's ear infection/sinus and 1x for scarlet fever (and she had no pain from the throat either). This current winter, only 1 use of antibiotics.
Fully immunized except Varicella (chicken pox), w/ no adverse reactions at the time of immunization

Hello,

Your daughter has very strong indications for Phosphorus, I would start with the following prescription.

Dissolve 2 pellets of Phosphorus 30c in a 250 ml spring water bottle. You can shake it gently after they have dissolved.

Take a capful from this bottle 3 times in one day, spaced by 2 hours. This is to be done for one day ONLY.

Let me know in 7 days after these 3 doses. I will look forward to your update.

Restrictions:

1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water .
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell while under treatment. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicey foods
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by an MD.
7/. Nothing of a medicinal nature should be applied to the skin
