enquiry: supplements & belladonna
i just wanted to enquire whether the herbal supplements im taking will react with the belladonna homepathic remedy i hope to take?!what im taking at the moment is ginger/ginkgo/garlic. as well as multi vitamins.
any infromation would be appreciated.

Personally I would treat them as food, to be on the safe side. Depending on how sensitive you are that would mean waiting at least 15 minutes until you take the supplements, to be really safe an hour.
But beyond that I wouldn't worry about them counter/interacting with the homeopathic medicine, they work on totally different levels. Foods have healing properties, as would yoga, etc, and I cannot see any reason not to mix several different types of healing :)
the only thing I can see happening is that if you are just starting out with all four different things, then maybe you could get a bit confused as to what had what effect. But I don't think that was your question really was it :D I need to go sleep hehe.
