itching on finger joints and palms

I am suffering from a bad itching on my palms for more than six years.
I have tried all allopathic treatments for it but it couldn’t cure.
This itching is on some 20 points on my palms. These points exactly similar to the other palms I mean both palms itching points are like mirror images. These itching spots are exactly on the finger joints and one spot of itching is near to the lines on palms.
Itching time is not fixed it can happen any time.
Once it starts at one spot (a finger joint on face side) it spreads at all points with in a min. I itch by using a dry towel by pressing and rubbing and it feels so good. But performing this task on all spots becomes difficult. It takes 20 to 30 min etching to get relived. Breathing rate increases, sweating on head and arms becomes hard during itching. I feel my hands sweats during etching (Very little). I feel relaxed after a violent itching which leads to wounds that secrets a water like liquid. But it is not sticky. This etching can be stopped if use cold water on my palms and similarly it acts badly if use hot water on palms. After a sound sleep my palms looks good. This itching attack comes almost every day but time is not fixed. All the spots are harder than the rest palm skin. I use to remove the upper hard skin by nail cutter. I always find under this hard skin the samll-2 holes that secrets the liquid like water. This spot of hole is root of my etching problem.
