Small Red Splotches On Skin Many Years, Spreading

These small, red specks first appeared several years ago in chest area and were countable since they were weren't that many. Now, years since, the specks have spread (especially) to my limbs and other areas that is visible to me.

The specks themselves are smaller than the size of a pinhead, of varying shapes, appear to be raised as I can feel them when I touch them. They don't hurt or itch. They look like minute blood blisters.

I've never sought medical advice for this but have become concerned of late in light of how it has spread throughout my skin.

I am 50 yo, female...let me know what other demographics/attributes you need to know in order to recommend remedy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
what was going on in your life when you first got the blood blisters.

did you suffer from any ailment earlier which you can connect to it.

are you menopausal. is it connected to your menopause in anyway.

what other problems do you have physically and mentally.

can you provide some inputs regarding your nature, mentals, personality, response to weather, your habbits, likes and dislikes, fears and dreams and your general symptoms like hunger, thirst, sweat, urine and stool etc.

-It started with one blister and cannot remember a time when it wasn't there, actually. So, I cannot say with certainty when it first appeared; before age 20.

-I am unable to make a link to a specific ailment. Early childhood thru teens I had chronic cold sores/fever blisters, several bouts with strep throat, mononucleosis diagnosis.

are you menopausal. is it connected to your menopause in anyway. The only 'connection' I have observed is that the appearance of the blisters has seemed to increase since becoming post-menopausal. My menses ceased 100% at age 40 which was 10 years ago.

what other problems do you have physically and mentally. Physical issues are hip joint pain, bi-polarism, gluten allergy, tendency to retain fluids, excessive sweating (hands, armpits, back of knees) teen/adult acne, lethargy, tendency to prefer sedentary activities when not working, increased apathy, have not been able to remember my dreams for 10+ years, splitting nails, extremely conscientious, sensitive to others' needs over my own, lack of self-esteem (chronic).

can you provide some inputs regarding your nature, mentals, personality, response to weather, your habbits, likes and dislikes, fears and dreams and your general symptoms like hunger, thirst, sweat, urine and stool etc.
- I don't enjoy cold weather, do love the sunshine and feel more 'alive' when exposed. I have natural musical abilities (play piano by ear, sing, etc.), have other artist abilities but have lost desire to do either. I typically eat small snacks during the day and generally do so to stop sour feeling stomach. Snacks like fresh fruit, nuts, raw veggies, etc. I try to avoid processed foods and tend to have more energy when eating proteins versus starch carbohydrates, the latter of which make me sleepy. I LIKE water and drink it continually throughout the day - filter via Brita/Pur type filters. Year round my throat is dry prompting water drinking. Just about everyone (except me)in my family is diabetic and on insulin of some sort (mother, brothers, grandmother, uncles). I an introvert, tend to be shy, but socialize and/or interact with others as required professionally. Urine seems to have clasts (sp?) often; I urinate several times a day. Bowels -- usually high volume, frequency about twice a day, generally consistent and not constipated/loose. I used to have an impeccable, photographic memory but last 5-7 years that has noticeably diminished. As for fears, I'm sort of numb to any..my emotions feel 'flat'. Have been on wellbutrin for about eight years. Diagnosed with small goiter apparently benign issue for now.

I just wanted to add that up till about ten years ago I was an 'over achiever' and not lazy nor unmotivated. Was always industrious and active before whereas now, all I want to do is sit and not do anything industrious. Getting up to go to work is about as laborious as I can muster these days.
