The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Advice Please

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone can help me. I have recently started seeing a homeopath as i suffer with severe migraine (a couple a week at times) and they are far worse at mensturation. I have very heavy periods, lots of cramps etc, bad pmt all of which make the migraines worse. I also suffer with many headaches, ended up with rebound headaches thanks to my doctor.
The homepath has giveme several remedies which i have been taking a couple of weeks on specific days etc however i have just had the worst period imaginable. From the moment i came on it was light instead of heavy and i was in bed crying for the entire thing with severe migraines that would not go or respond to pain killers.
I had a period once which was similar last June because it was light but this has been so awful. I still have a headache now and to be honest am exhausted.
Im worried it may be something to do with the homeopathic remedies?
I heard that they can make things worse before they get better but i cannot stand this as i was better of before. Coincidence or remedies? Anyones advice would be really appreciated as this was meant to give me hope not make things 10 times worse for me.
Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I think you may be going through the healing crisis.

But, I fail to understand why did he have to give you several remedies. Ideally, cases like these can be treated by a single constitutional remedy.

Observe your condition during the next periods and we hope you get well gradually. otherwaise, if you can fill up a questionnaire giving all your symptoms with modalities, we can suggest a single remedy which would permanently cure you.
