Dear Doctor i have a headache mostly right sided with stiffness in my neck i feel the pain my over my right eye it is sometimes left side and in whole head but mostly it is right sided i use inderal and tryptonol but i like homeopathy please tell me some good medicine i will thankful to you may god bless you

1) i feel acidity in my stomach when i use some spicy and oily food

2)if i feel pain during treatment then what should i do

3) can i continue inderal
during treatment.

4) is it migraine or some neck joints problem?
