Acne related to PCOS

Hi,

I am 29 years old and have had acne since I was 13. Last year I was diagnosed with PCOS. I do not have irregular periods, excessive hair growth or weight issues, but I do get cyst like acne on my face, chest, lower back and neck. On the face they are usually on the edge. My acne is slow to heal and usually leave unsightly marks after I have cleaned them. I have been taking homepoathy since the last 11 months now, but do not see a significant change in my condition. Does homeopathy really take that long to heal a condition?

Please help. I do not think I want to continue my treatment with my homeopath.I may not be able to provide any information on what medication I am currently taking because he refuses to disclose this information to me.

Please let me know if any more information is needed.
