3 year old with recurrent vomiting
hi there. i have a three year old son who came down with a 24-36 hour stomach virus, complete with fever and all. three weeks passed, and then he started vomiting again, but this time, without a fever. he vomited only once per night for two nights, and no diarrhea. then 5 days following his last night of vomiting, he vomited again. 4 days after that, he vomited, and then 6 days later, vomited again. the last two times, he had diarrhea. what is interesting to note is that he has a couple of days of not eating very well, then bounces back with appetite and mood, then vomits and takes us by surprise. also, he vomits at almost precisely the same time every night. help! this is getting old as it has been almost three weeks now. i would love to see him regain total health, and would love to get some good nights sleep without being on edge as to whether this is going to happen again. thank you for any help that you can offer.tarynleigh44 on 2009-03-17
