under weight problem

I am 28 years of age, male. I am grossly underweight and have a normal blood pressure but I have one testicle(another testicle not at right position. For weight gain i have tried lots of medicines but none of them worked.My underweight problem is not genetic
Please suggest a permanent cure for weight gain.
