Generally there are great pain during my menstruation cycle each month. I do take Mag Phos 6X every day in 30 min interval for 5-6 times for 2-3 days. After that the pain gets relieved.

Please let me know which medicine should I take to get relief from the chronic pain I am facing each month. Should I increase the Mag phos dose to 30C or 200C ?
