pellets or liquid form

can someone explan me what difference between mother tincure q and liquid form? I'm confused. And my doctor told me to buy kali carb 6c and use 5 drops - i am more comfortable to use peklets. Is it ok if i'll buy pellets 6c and use it instead of liquid form?
If i will use liquid form can i use regular table spoon or i need to buy some plastic cup to put 5 drops in there?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
mother tincture represented by q and always in liquid form to be used, second medicine in potency can be taken in pellets or in liquid form. you can prepare pellets by taking plain globules from medicine shop add 4-5 drops in one dram of bottle having plain globules in this way you can use pellets
