my son has bronchial asthma

My 2 year 2 month old son( one of twin boys) has bronchial asthma. He has deep cough and wheezing and cont' sleep at night. He also gets a rash on his face when he eats certain foods (almonds, mushrooms, eggplant) etc. Coughing is bad late at night and in the evenings when and when he is tired. He gets this when he has a cold.

Thank you Dr. Sharma. I would also like to add that his Asthma is triggered by cold weather and respiratory infections like colds. All colds turn in bronchial asthma. He gets a deep croupy, cough, and I can hear the phlegm.. He also wheezes - a whistle upon exhaling. He is thin, has a good appetite and is very, very active.

For his Asthma I have tried Spongia 30,Pulsatilla 30 Ars.Alb 30 and Nux Vomica 30 (3 doses/day for 4 days). I did see an improvement in his symptoms, but the rapid the cough is still there.

Temprament wise, he is impatient. Gets frustrated easily. Extremely active and has a musical talent. Needs physical cuddling and is gets very jelous when I hug his twin brother or my husband. Very loving and bold. Cannot play on his own and is always running after his twin brother. Change is hard on him. He is very sensitive. To emotions, to sound. Calls out for his dad for comfort at night 3-4 times. Drinds a lot of water and gets very thursty. If we are out of the house and for some reason forget his water he gets really upset till he finally gets water. Hates cold or hot foods. Also cannot handle any spicy foods. Is an extrovery and very social. Talks to strangers like he has known them for a whille. Should I continue the meds..
