Using one homeo remedy with other

Hi
I am a newly registered member and seeking some advice on homeo medications. I am using thuja 200 and antimony crudum 30 for my warts. My questions are
Can I use Kali Phos 6x and Acid Phos 6c along with the medicine mentioned above?
Secondly, the precautions to take homeo medicine are same for all? I mean no eating drinking, smoking one hr before and after the medicine?
And I can not find duration to use homeo medicine! In general how long homeo medicine should be taken? Is it right to continue medicine for preventive measures or to keep the steady level of remission?
Thanks for your time and sorry for my ignorance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Peoples who asks questions learns too.
At one time it is better to take one remedy.
However, complementry medicine can be used alternatively.
When you got results no repitation is needed.
