High Anxiety,Perimenopausal, Irritability

Hi--I'm a 50yo F, nearing menopause, have severe endometriosis (mostly currently in 'remission'), married, 5'9, 145lbs., vegetarian, non-diabetic (but mother is), seem t/b cyclically affected by both BAD anxiety and great irritability, normal BP. Sx started months ago, unsure what triggered. Seem t/b always running from relationship (moved out temporarily recently), freq cold hands/feet, often wake up 5 hrs into sleep. Symptoms better when alone, abhor the cold, hate t/b rushed, primarily introverted, don't like tight clothing (after long day in pantyhose, etc). Husband is bipolar (on rx), currently unemployed, volatile relationship. I use Bach's Rescue Remedy frequently w/some shortlived success. Have tried some herbal teas but the caffeine(?) aggravates my endometriosis so have had to limit that. Are there other ways to ingest liquid herbs (drops) than in tea form--or are they even the best way to treat? Open to most anything at this point, it's been months if not a couple years....every day is a struggle, esp with current concerns. Thank you
