marijuana addiction

Anyone know any cures for marijuana addiction? My husband has been addicted for over 26 years. We've been through everything, finally at acceptance. The biggest problem is it is illegal, and very costly. But, there must be some underlying reason he is so addicted and needs it so much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I looked for the name of the homeopathic remedy, but couldn't find it. Regardless, it would have required a prescription as the AMA is now sticking their noses into controlling homeopathic remedies even though they know nothing.

For example, I needed a prescription for "timothy hay." Used for mucus and allergies. Simple, huh?

Maybe someone else can help more than I.

BUT, I will advise you that there are numerous postings and clients I have here that have gotten a "bad" bag of pot (or other drugs) and it has changed their life; NOT for the better! It seems (like hackers) some dealers get a kick out of adding something to the bag to see what havoc they can cause.

So he is playing russian roulett each time he buys a new supply.

His addiction is a "habit" just like a smoker.

Blessings, Sabra

I meant I looked for the homeopathic marijuana. As homeopathy "reverses" conditions when the cause is known, this would have been the treatment. S.
