Hypothyroid from 2 years

Background:
I am a South Indian female age 39 - married, have two kids (both c-sections) youngest aged 4 and half years. Consulted eye doctor for sparks in front of the eyes leading to mild migrainic headaches and was asked to check TSH which came in at 5.95 in Sept 2006. No medication was prescribed and a follow up suggested after 6 months. TSH was 136 by May 2007. Was on 150mcg Eltroxin till March 2008 and TSH was 0.5. Dosage reduced to 100mcg from then - hairfall, daytime drowsiness symptoms have gone., but after since Mar 08 weight gain has been slow and steady.
Current symptoms:
1.Have vitiligo-like white spots on stomach and legs. 2.Weight not decreased since May 07, but has gone up by 6kgs in 2 years - especially around abdomen and hips - i look 4-5 months pregnant! I do regular morning walk, increased to 30mins a day for almost 3 months now, but have a difficulty getting the weight down.
3.Face looks puffy cheeks and above the eye and forehead. Frequent pain of neck muscles and shoulders. Prone to acidity.
4.Occasional urticaria
5.Personality - hypochondriacal, feel insecure, fear of what will happen to my 2 small kids if something happens to me, I was a high IQ person but feel like I am losing it, I feel I am unable to grasp and retain learning as I used to do.
6. Regular bowel movements within 5 minutes of waking up; regular periodic cycle of 28 days exactly.
7. Want to get off Eltroxin as I heard it might impair thyroid gland functioning and make me permanently dependent on it, and it is anyway not helping my weight management. Desperate to lose weight around tummy and hips.
Was On Homoeo for hypothyroid - Nat Mur 6x 4 tabs thrice a day for 2 months; thyroidinium 2 tabs (don't knwo potency) - but wasn't able to follow up. Please advise.

Thank you, Dr.Deoshlok. I'll post my current t3,t4,tsh levels. Regarding Nat Mur 30 - are they pills/tablets? How many should I take in each dose? I have with me Nat Mur 6x tablets from SBL - can I take them, and if so what would hte dosage be, please?

This is not a homeopathic prescription.
Homeopathic Remedies are not to be taken like'X for the Y'.
If taken so,that might leads to temporary relief but not cure.
For permanent cure,Go for a constitutional remedy
based on your totality of symptoms.
Request somebody on this forum to help fora constitutional remedy.
You may request for a help from
Sameer Vermani
Rishimba
Dr.Syrup
or anyone else who really prescribe homeopathic remedy homeopathically .
All the Best..
