Yeast infection in a pregnant bitch

one of my bitches is 7 weeks pregnant and has confirmed yeast in her ears, she drives herself and me crazy with the shaking and scratching. The vet gave her a remedy which has anitbiotics/cortisone and a yeast killer. I do not like to use this as it might be harmful for her babies.
She has been raised on a complete raw diet , min. vaccination , no grain, also included in her diet are probiotics.
It is definately not food related.

I would like to know how to cure this in a natural approach wihtout hurting her babies.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Try bach flower remedy combination of:

Crab apple (cleanser) and Cherry plum (control over itching)

Not to be put in ears.

Two drops each, mixed in the drinking water, four times a day.
