Recurrent ear infection in 16 months old infant

Hi there,
I am the mother of 16months old infant girl. My daughter recieved her first antibiotic course in Dec 09 for her first ear infection. She again had it on March 16th with symptoms being running nose, cold, cough and a fever. Her voice had become very hoarse at that time with more non productive cough. We went to the doctor who suggested she has a ear infection and gave her a dose of amoxicillin for 10 days. After finishing her 10 days course, on the 14 th day she had a high fever of 102.5. We took her to the doctor again who diagnosed as recurrent ear infection, as the previous hadnt cleared and put her on stronger dose of antibiotics. She currently has fever, and very slight running nose ( I could say hardly anthing). This time no cough and no cold.
Can you pl help us and suggest any remedies.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It all calls for a well-selected constitutional remedy based on detailed case-definition of the child.
