This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
consider the following options

1. bio-chemic combination BC 18.
It is indicated in pyorrhoea. Gum boil, natural looseness of teeth, with or without pain, tooth-ache, gums sensitive to cold, abcess at root of teeth, spongy bleeding gums, pus in gums and foul breath.
Composition-
Calcarea Flourica 3x
Calcarea Sulphurica 3x
Silicea 6x
in equal proportion.
It is sold by all homeo companies

2. mercurius sol
3. kreosotum

As a note of caution let me tell you that silica and merc are inimical.

Hi
Pyorrhoea means bleeding gums. For a complete and comprehensive definition you can do a search on google.
The second question is what is inimical. This i will take at length. Homeopathic remedies are related to each other. One remedy may complement, antidote or behave inimically with the other. If inimical remedies are adminstered in succession they can create problems. Therefore while administering remedies you should ensure that the remedies administered in succession are not inimical to each other.
Silica and merc. are inimical. Therefore you should not take merc. immediately after taking silica. You said that you tried silica. Thatswhy i gave the caution note while recommending merc.

Hi
If you have not taken bc-18 i would suggest you to take the following tissue salts
Calcarea Flourica 3x
Calcarea Sulphurica 3x
please take two tablets from each of the above salts daily thrice a day for a week. Don't take silicea now.
If it does'nt work, you should take kreosotum 30c. It will be better to have kreosotum between silica and mercurius.
Cell salts may be taken daily. Homeo remedies should be taken in the following manner-
Take three doses of homeo remedy in 30c potency on a single day. Don't take any more doses. Don't take it daily. Give that remedy one week's time to show it's effects. One should take decision only on the basis of symptoms prevailing after one week.
please feel free to ask questions if anything said above is not clear.
