Proximity to Remedies

Is there any credence in the idea that merely having a remedy in close proximity to the patient can affect a response? Thanks for any replies.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
NO, it cannot work like that.

It has to affect the senses in some way, which can only happen by olfaction, rubbing on skin, or ingestion.

Sam,
This is a bit off topic, but what are your thoughts on using higher potencies of the same remedy to antidote aggravations? Is it plausible? Thanks.

I have personally never done so.

I have only done it through much lower potencies of the same remedy.
