hpv - type 18 remedy

Hello,
My name is Maria and I am from Europe - Romania.
Because of some problems we decide to make an in vitro fertilization (some problems with the mobility of spermatozoids - after 3 years of treatments and no results). One of the test requires before IVF was a Cervical cancer screening, the Pap test - the results: normal - class I and the HPV test at this one the result was positive for HPV type 18.
The rest of analysis were perfect - blood, hormones, liver, hart, longs... 100% normal for may age.I have 60 kg and 1.72 meters so my BMI is 20 so I am a healthy person.
I really believe in the Homeopathy but here we don't have very good doctors - if you have a common problem - they are ok but for more complicated cases I am not recommending them.
Do you have any special remedy for this virus - I read that we can not get read of it we can only make it stay asleep.
Please give me an advice what can I do?
Thank you very much.
