4 year old son with nasal congestion/allergic to pollen, trees, grass, weeds
About 4-5 weeks ago my (almost 4 year old) son started sneezing, coughing, had teary eyes, itchy eyes, ears, mouth, runny nose & nasal congestion, dark circles under eye lids and puffy eyes. I went to see an allergist about a week and a half ago and turns out that he's allergic to pollen, trees, grass, and weeds. Allergist did NOT test him for food allergies except for kiwi fruit (because when he asked me what foods that I think he may be allergic to, I told him that's the only fruit that he has reacted to, had red spots and half face turned puffy was kiwi ).My son however had eczema since he was a little baby. He is now 46 months (almost 4 years old). Allergist prescribed him eye drops, hydrocortzone 1% and ZYRTEC, however after getting home and reading a lot about it I've discovered that ZYRTEC causes bad side effects so I never put my son on it or any other drugs.
I've started him on natural Homeopathic medicine called NatraBio Children's Allergy relief (I got at Whole Foods) about a week ago. I've also been doing homemade saline nasal washes & breathing fumes of hot water mixed with tea tree oil in bowl for 10 min. I've cut all dairy out including foods that contain dairy. ***Since then some symptoms improved and the only symptoms BUT he's still got really bad nasal congestion (difficulty breathing through the nose, breathing noisily, snoring bad sometimes at night) that I am now afraid and assuming that he's got a enlarged adenoids (which may require surgery). And he still coughs (occasionally, 1-2 times a day).
And about 2 days ago I've started him on Eclectic Kids Nettle Eyebright & kids Vitamin C. So far still no change to his symptoms. I think he may have chronic nasal congestion.
So my question is, is there is anything in homeopathy that can help his symptoms such as bad nasal congestion (possibly enlarged adenoids) and coughing? Would homeopathy help temporarily or is there is a permanent cure for that without drugs? How long would we have to wait until we see improvement and then full results?

No he hasn't had those problems before, however previously before his allergy symptoms began, he was sick with a fever couple of times.

Here is a picture of his allergy reaction when we went on a walk to the park. Red spots on his face, eyes red and right eye was so swollen shut that he couldn't even open his eye.
