Irregular periods and probably anovulation

Hello,

We have been married for 4 years now.Trying to conceive from past one year.I have had periods ranging from 33-38 days from before. From past 6 months I have observed that my periods are not normal .Once it was after45 days and once on 33 day, then 22 day..so on ALso the flow is not normal.I have a black vaginal discharge( no odur, some clots) for 6-7 days with some pinkish discharge.
Also I am charting my BBT and according to it I have ovulated twice in 6 months. But I have black vaginal discharge(once it is after 22 days,22 days, then 30 days,45 days and this months after 30 days)

I am 5 feet and weight 69 kgs.
My eating habits are normal(try to have more protein intake).

Is there any remedy to make my cycles regular and ovulation regular?

Thanks,
Sara
