Pilonidal Sinus

Hi,
I am from Bangalore India, and am suffering from pilonidal Sinus from the last one year. Please suggest how to cure this disease. Also i would like to know where to purchase the medicine in Bangalore.

I went through the archives and this is what i have gathered so far. Kindly let me know if i'm on the right track.

1. A dose of Myristica 200 (8-9 pellets).

2. After 48 hours (of the wound bursting or after taking Myristica??) take Silicea 6 or 30 three times a day for a week.

3. After a week take Silicea 200 two times a day.

4. Externally apply Calendula.
