Someone on internet suggested me Abies Nigra. Is that a good suggession? and also If I try it, should I continue with my current mediccation i.e Lycopodium 30 & Iris 30 or stop them completely and then try Abies Nigra.

What potency of Abies Nigra is recomended for a severe and unbearable case like mine.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Dear Zahid,

Thank you for your response.
I have started taking Natrimonium Crudum 200C as suggested but did not start on Nat. Mur.. Can you please explain what these two medicines are for and how long it take for Natrimonium Crudum to show results?

Also I am taking Chelidonium 200C along with this as suggested by another Homeopathy doctor, how these medicines go together and usually long will it take for them to show results so that I start feeling some relief?

Your help is much appreciated.

Dr. Zahid is not coming very often to the forum recently. Therefore i am adressing your query. Please follow Dr. Zahid if he makes a different suggestion.
i recommended abies nigra to a patient in one of my posts, the details of which could be found at
http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/177337/
Unfortunately we don't have any feedback from the patient. If you are inclined to go for abies nigra, i would recommend you the following
day 1
please take 3 doses of ABIES NIGRA at a gap of 4 hours.
day 2 to day 10
please take 4 tablets of natrum sulph 3x thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.
please do'nt take any other homeo medicine during the treatment. please follow homeo restrictions.

Dear Dr. Kadwa,

Thanks for taking time and responding to my post. As I have already mentioned I have already started to take Nat Crud and Chelidonium 200, and taking it for past 4 days, I was thinking to take it for at least 2 weeks before switching to Abies Nigra.

What is your take on this? I believe I am experiencing very slight relief with this on 4th day of taking it.

Since my problem is sever I want to give it some time at least 2 weeks before switching to any other medicine.

Hope you understand, Please let me know if the 2 weeks time with those medicine is shorter or I should see results before 2 weeks and should be able to switch?

Help is appreciated

I am not sure which one of these 2 Nat Crud and Chelidonium 200 is acting but I am sure relief is felt each new day. condition is not as deteriorating as it was 5 days ago.

They both are magic medicines for my problem.

Any idea how long the medicine need to be taken?

However I still have a concern which is I still feel very dull urg for bowl movement, and my homeopathy doctor suggested Nux Vomica 200C. and I am taking 2 pills at night before bed. Does this addresses my low urg to go for bowl movement problem in long term?

Antimonium Crud has a profound action on digestion. Chelidonium is a prominent liver remedy. Thatswhy you are getting relief. Now you are also taking nux vomica. But if you will go on adding new remedies for each symptom the case management will become complicated. But its good that you got relief.

Please read my posts on the Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning.

Please have 1 glass water after every hour during the day. Don't have water immediately after meals. Water should be taken after 1 hour from finishing meals. Similarly no water should be taken within 1 hour before meals.

You may get Aloe Vera juice from Swami Ramdev's Divya Pharmacy and take 30 ml in the morning and 30 ml at bed time with hot water. This should ease out constipation and should do good to your overall health.
