Remedy for eczema on hands?

Hi
I'd really appreciate any suggestions for remedies-Ive started getting eczema on my hands-itchy bumps under the skin on my palms, and cracks and peeling of skin around the outside of finger joints, My feet get affected occasionally too-red itchy bumps around the edges of my feet and peeling of skin at various places on the soles. I can be worse after a hot bath, but not always.
Im stressed at the moment-sharing a house with my ex still who's a very angry alcoholic and want to move out but apprehensive about coping financially on my own. I had adrenal burnout last year which acupuncture has been helping-still get tired easily and have put on a stone in weight over the past year. Ive lots of fear around generally, am dealing with issues stemming from sexual abuse by my father and emotional and sexual abuse by my previous counsellor too-having frequent nightmares at night. Feeling very alone and in need of nurturing too
