Arnica 30 water mixture and Nat phos 6 question

Hello,
for the arnica solution that is listed in previous forums is the the Arnica Montana pellets form I am mixing with the bottle of water.. You mention a fizz but when mix there is not fizz. Am I using the correct thing>

For the Nat Phos 6x to help with weight loss is that alos the pellet form.
