Anxiety
Hi there,I have suffered with an anxiety problem for a last 3-4 years. It seems to be a general anxiety with no known reason. It is similar to a stage fright, persisting pretty much all the time. It doesn't seem to get better or worse in any particular time of the day. When hearing some bad news or have some minor personal/work problems the anxiety gets worse, then gradually gets better but it always is here at some level.
I have seen a homeopath regarding this and he has identified me as Tuberculinum type. I was treated with Tuberculinum 1M, one dose weekly for 4 weeks. Generally I think it worked well, seems all the auxiliary symptoms disappeared, but anxiety didn't. While previously anxious feelings were centred in stomach area, now they moved to chest area. Repeated doses of Gelsemium 200C and Argentum Nit. 200c help temporarily, but symptoms returned after couple of weeks.
Can someone pls help? The problem just doesn't sem to go away.
I am 34year old male, medium build. Brown hair, blue eyes, medium to fair skin. More active in the evening, prefer warm weather, like trees and walks in the forest. I don't have problems with sleeping and almost never remember any dreams.
Thank you very much!

Just one thing I forgot to mention: I was also prescribed Lycopodium 200c which didn't seems to help.

As you have taken lot of homeo remedies, i would advise you not to take any more remedies for a month atleast.
please take the following bach flower remedies thrice a day for 1 month
1. mimulus
2. aspen
3. impatiens
please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
please report after 1 month.
Bach flower remedies are generally available at homeo shops.

Thanks kadwa!
I have taken the remedies over a year's time, always about a month apart. I haven't taken anything in a last 3 months...
I will have a look at the Bach's flower remedies as you have suggested. Do you know how long it should take till I see some improvements?
cheers, matus
