Premature ejaculation
Dear All,I am 28yrs old have married a year back,i am 6.3 tall and having athletic body structure.
My problem is related topremature ejaculation. I generally cum in 1 mins of intercourse. sometimes i am able to take my wife reach orgasm but in rare cases. i want to increase my timings.
Here i wanted to share that i have masturbated for 8 to 9 years as i had my first experience at the age of 27yrs. is it related to that?
also wanna share that whenever i come close to my wife i feel pre ejaculatory fluid coming out. pl also guide me is it safe.

Actually here i wanna share my problem in detail, as i mentioned in my earlier message that i masturbated for 8-9yrs accessively,
and now i don't feel any pleasunre in doing so and though t urge for sex is there but a fear for failing to perform well lowers down
my excitement. well apart from this i had a skin problem and drippng of urine after urinating i.e. some drops of urine left behind after urinating that causes irritation on penis head .The opening of urinal
track is red and t fore skin also having 2 small ring where it touches the opening. secondly as i mentioned above i had skin problem few months earlier actually the problem started a year back when i notices some white dots in my groin area one day after i shaved my pubic hairs, soon these white dot like spots spead over penis shaft also and on thighs too. Later these white spots turned into dome shaped pimples(no itching) i visited a alopethic doctor and he told that this is mulluscum and he started the treatment and i also noticed some on my leg(4-4 either sides), arm(1), forehead(2) and chest(1). the treatment started on 1st feb 09 and the docter told that this is MC and he prescribed following medicines 1. tab Prugo 25mg once a day for 10days, Tab Ivespil only once, Tab Fresy or fusy(can read in right way) 15mg once a week for 2 weeks, Sofradex cream to apply on affected area twice a day and Scabrril lotion once over whole body.
after this the pimpled stopped spreading further though i was having some sort of itching sometimes on those , after this i visited my docter on 24th Feb 09 and he further continued the use of sofradex and tab fresy/fusy 15mg and added tab zoxan 72 once a day for 5 days and tab acolate once a day for 5 days. after this on 5th he prescribed tab sizou forte once a day for 5 days anf one tab Ivespil. after this whole treatment no further pimples formed but the old dome shaped pimples remained as it is, for that docter told me to get laser treatment which i found costly and dint gone for it.
Now i want these dome shaped pimples to be removed without any surgery as it seems very odd on penis shaft and body.
pl help me in this and also give some treatment for dripping to stop irritation. also tell me that whether pre ejacuatory fuild is normal to come with just spending some time with partner.
Here i also wanna mention few more thing i feel bit pain (no much) near anus inner side(we can say between anus and testies) after having sex.
also feel very tire after ejacuation.
I have felt change in my behaviour in last year and a half , i.e.
losses temper easily, got irritates sooner, less sleep(disturbed sleep for 6 hrs only), burning sensations in food pipe between chest and throut, poor memory, forgetfullness. errection for short time .
Pl help me to come out of this .

the cure is very very simple please read carefully it worked 4 me when ur about to ejaculate first squeeze VERY hard lower part of the penis with one hand and top of the penis with other hand when u do this sperm can not come out
