This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please mention some more symptoms.

Do you get localised pain? With inflammation?

Did you ever have injury on the heels?

Give more details.

Thank you for your reply!
I started getting calluses since I was about 6/7 years old. I get pain from calluses on the bottom of my left foot if not removed. No inflamation. No prior injuries. I get cramps in my right leg once in a while. I get cold sores on the lips. I am also always scared of something happening to my family members. Dark circles around the eyes. Sweat easily especially feet and hands. Suffered family trauma since my parents' divorce when I was six.
Excessive skin growth around the nail of small toe. In general I have dry skin.

Please take Lycopodium 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 3 days and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
