Chronic constipitation PLz suggest some medicine!!!
Hi, DocsI have chronic constipitation problem since my child hood from 4 to 5 years of age till now.
My details are below if some body plz kindly consider my case.

Age 28
Sex;Male
weight 84 kg
height 5 ft 9 inch
complaxion fair
Apeitite; feel hunger more than normal
Basic Problem:Chronic constipitation, since my child hood.Stool after 2 days usually, but if i eat excessive daily then i need of stool after 1 days or some times daily,but in case i eat normal ,then usually need for stool after 1 or 2 days,never regular.
Often feel lazy, and dull, physically, mentally, but the day i stool feel bettr than previous.
Do morning walk daily.Eat every type of food ,meat, vegitables,fruit etc.some time i use husk (one to two table spoon in one glass of water), which solve my problem if i take it on daily basis...
Medicine used: BIO PLASGEN 25, for some time, but as long as i used some problem solved ,but when i stopped using it problem again started.
Any advise/medicine how to cure this chronic problem.
