Pus in semen and Low motility
Dear DoctorFollowing is snapshot of my semen report:
Total Cell Count = 60 million
Volume =2.5
Ph = 8.0
Color: Buff
Viscosity: Thick
Interval = 5 Days
Active = 35%
Sluggish:10%
Dead:55%
Pus Cells = 6-7
Forward Progression: Poor
Morphology: 72% Normal, 28%Abnormal
Opinion: Asthenozoospermia
Please suggest me treatment?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please treat as follows:
Calc.Sulph 200 one dose(3 drops) at night for 2 weeks and
PTK-40 ( a combination of willmar Schewbe, w.germany) 20 drops per dose after meal thrice a day and report after a month.
If the above combination is not available you may use Damiana-Q (20 drops per dose) thrice a day after meal.

One of my friend suggest to take vitamin & zinc supplments too. His sugested tablet contains:
Vitamin C 500 mg
Nicotinamide 100 mg
Vitamin E 30 IU
Calcium pantothenate (Pantothenic Acid) 20 mg
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 15 mg
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 15 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride 20 mg
Vitamin B12 12 mcg
Folic Acid 150 mcg
Zinc (equivalen to 100 mg of Zinc sulfate)
Should I use these tablets? If yes, can I take them along with homeopathy medicine? Please quide me.

Please take the following for another month and report.
1. Calc. Sulph-1m ( 5 drops weekly)
2. Verona Cap. A product of Herbion Co.( 2 Capsule in between lunch and dinner, wisce a day) This is a herbal medicine and is useful in azoospermia.
Also avoid frequent intercourse.

Yes you can buy these on good medical store, are easily available in Pakistan.

Hello Friends,
Please do not use these medicines. My count was 25 million / ml and motility was 30 %. I started dr. mehfooz treatment. Cal Sulph and PTK-40 for 8 months. These medicines increased my count but when I left my count decreased. Now my count is only 2.6 Lac / ml.
Please go to well exprienced ayurvedic or unani dr.
