Musician tendonitis

I have started playing the violin again 4-5 years ago, after over 20 years of not playing, and I have been focusing on fiddling, with a lot of fast jigs and reels. It has been very hard on my right wrist first, and now my elbow. I started having pain in my wrist about 2 years ago, nothing too serious, but in last year I have been playing more, and it is getting worse. I tried changing my technique slightly, but now my elbow is painful, I have a very very tender spot to the touch on the radial head. I have trouble carrying bags of groceries, lifting things with right arm. My wrist is still painful as well. Any advice?
Thank you! Caro
