This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The ace remedy for thyroid problmes is Ujjayi Pranayam. In my opinion only those people who do pranayam 1 hour regularly can do Ujjayi Pranayam methodically. Kapalbhati Pranayam when done concentrating at the Vishudhi Chakra (Thyroid Gland) also helps a lot. Kapalbhati Pranayam also takes care of obesity which is a major problem for those suffering from thyroid problems.
Swamiji suggests the follwing medicines
Trikatu Churna 50 gm
Baheda Churna 20 gm
Prawal Pishti 10 gm
Mix the above medicines. The adult patient should take 1 gm of the above mixture on empty stomach in the morning and evening with honey.
