Fistula in Anus and Spike in the Knee joint (Lower bone)
I have fistula in Anus from last many years. And I had an accident in the last year and after six months it has founded by X-ray that, there is a spike in the Knee Lower Bone joint.And I'm taking homeopath remedy for fitula from last one year but condition is till not good.
Medicine for Fistula and Knee bone:
1. Silicea 10M-2 dose after 10 days.
2. Silicea 12X-6 tabs in a day.
3. Calcarea Phos 12X: 6 tabs in a day.
4. Calcarea Sulf-6X 6 tabs in a day.
And in the last month I have taken Calcarea Flour too for Knee joint but currently not.
So, I need help to find out those remedies are ok or need to change because:
I'm feeeling not good in the knee joint and Anus in Fistula as well. So, please advice me ...

Myristica-30 means 30C
Calc.Flour-12x means that if the tablet is 1 grain then 2 tablets and if it is 2 grain then one tablets

Though I am taking Calc Flour and Myristica,Sometime, I feel pain in the knee bone and also feel itching/uneasy in the Anus. is it normal status?
Earlier, a local Homeopath doctor advised me to take tablets with hot water like Calc flour, Silicea, Calc Phos etc. Is it standard practice in homeopath?
Moreover, I need to know that, What kind of food should I avoid? Currently, I am not taking beef, Mutton & Carbonated Drink(Most of the time).
Anyway, since last one year I have been using Ratahnia Mother lotion (Ratahnia+Coconut Oil) for external use of Anus Fistula. But is there any more effective lotion for external use?

please continue medicines as advised.
You may take these tablets in table form it is not necessary to take these medicine in hot water.
Yes avoide rich, spicies,fast food, take vegetable diet and laxative diet such as milk panelty of water etc.
Ratania is a good remedy please apply it with Calendla mother tinture. and keep the wound neet and clear with calendola.

I need help regarding my previous email. i'm not feeling well in my joint, sometimes pain, something is feeling in between knee joint . one local doctor advised to take Calcarea flour 12X and Calcarea Phos.12X daily 3 times. and Silicea 1M 2dose after 3 days. instead of Silicea i'm taking Myristica-30 as i've anus fistula.

I really feel shame(?) regarding the doctors who have advised me earlier for these problems.
when i'm feeling worse they are not responding it should not exceptable.

imtiaz, are you taking remedies adviced by dr.mahfooz ?? you have to take those remedies for long period though fistula takes times to recover, healing may be done when pus formation is stops and myristica 30c will take care of pus and about knee joint problem calc. flour will take care but the point is to continue it.
Your whole condition will improve within or after a month and you previously said:

From last 2 weeks, I am feeling pain frequently (not tearing pain)into knee joint more than before (sometimes feeling small pain in upper knee muscle and Calf muscle). For your information, i've to walk more than before as I'm travelling in SG for 6 days. And regarding also Anus in fistula, sometimes symptom increase sometimes feeling good... it just going in this way..
Please advice...
