Multinodular Goitre with right sided thyroid cyst

Dear Doctors, about 1 month ago my throat felt uncomfortable and had a little of a cough at times. 2 days later I noticed a swelling in my neck and it started to be painful when swallowing saliva, which I seemed to have lots of, constantly pouring down my throat. I went to GP but as I was feeling worse a few days later I went to Emergency. They did blood tests and ultrasound scan (I stayed overnight) and diagnosed a goitre, a big cyst on the right side of my thyroid and lots of other nodes around it. However my thyroid function is normal, nothing unusual.
As I was waiting for results on the the first day at hospital I went into deep fear of dying and leaving my little girl here (I'm a single mum). It was awful. By then, it was painful when drinking water and eating food. That night I did energy healing on myself for this issue. Next morning it wasn't painful at all, just a little tender. I have another appoint with the hospital on the 26th and they suggested if the cysts don't go down, they will have to remove it.
Although I have been doing healing on it and a series of issues that I thought could be connected such as fear of survival, loss, powerlessness and feeling helpless, etc, the cysts haven't gone down in size. All of this is very strange for me as I am feeling the best I have at many levels as I have been training in energy healing for the last 2 years. I separated at the end of August last year, but I was happy with this decision.

Could you please give me any advice for a homeopathic treatment to help with this? I have an appointment with a very good homeopath but she can't see me till end of June. I have read somewhere in the forum than taking Arnica 30c in spring water is good for cysts.

Many thanks
