Severe heat intolerance

For the past approximately 4 years I have been getting worse with tolerating heat. I now dread the summer. When the day begins to get warm and sunny (or even cloudy if it is humid) I begin to perspire, my forehead and upper lip break out in a sweat, start to sweat elsewhere after. I feal very overheated, feels like my bodies temperature starts to soar. Begin to feel ill and shaky. Doctor has tested me for various things including thyroid and nothing can be found in blood tests. Would love to find help, used to love the summer. If there is a good breeze it helps me tolerate being outside.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Need to add I am a 43 year old female, average height and weight. The intolerance is leaving me avoiding social situations outdoors and even sometimes indoors if someone likes a very warm house.
