The ABC Homeopathy Forum

quick question: 'x' or 'c'

It was recommended that i take 200X or a higher potency of URTICA URENS - RHUS TOX but there only seems to be a '200c' option on the site, not '200X'

Is this the same thing.

Can someone confirm this before i order. Thanks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
200X is a "lower" potency than 200C. One could debate forever the value of each over the other.

X is 10; 1 part to 9 parts.
C is centimeters; 1 part to 100 parts to produce the remedy.

Many manufacturers are going to higher potencies. I do not think this is wise. We need the lower also.

Call around, Go to google...homeopathy information.

There is no such thing as "ideal." Take a chance and learn to choose for yourself. Use your own intuition.
